We understand that quality employees in business is a benchmark for a competiveness element. We deliver apprenticeships in line with current government agenda to reduce the number of unemployed and not in education 16 – 23 year olds.

Benefits to the Employer
Apprentices provide skilled, motivated, creative, loyal and dedicated employees, whom can add many beneficial factors to your business.
Some of these include:

• Immediate productivity as all training is relevant.
• Most young people that start as an apprenticeship work their way up to managerial positions.
• An apprentice can give you a diverse workforce and fill in any skills gap you may be missing.
• Contribute to the goal of reducing unemployment in young people.

At Boldly Equipt we have trained, creative, loyal and eager young 16 – 23 years ready to be given an opportunity to work for your company.
We do the following:

• Source a young person to fill your recruitment need for free.
• Screen, interview and train in areas of customer service (dealing with customers, handling complaints) to ensure they are suitable for your service.
• Induct, train and continually support them throughout their qualification programme for you and the apprentice.

Candidates will have to work a minimum of 20 hours and be in employment at the company for 6 months.
