We do the following:
Source a young person to fill your recruitment need for free
bullet Screen, interview and train in areas of customer service (dealing with customers, handling complaints) to ensure they are suitable for your service.
bullet Induct, train and continually support them throughout their qualification programme for you and the apprentice
Candidates will have to work a minimum of 16 hours and be in employment at the company for at least 6 months.
